Duties & Responsibilities
- Support all product feature releases across different stages (i.e. pre-user testing, testing and feedback gathering, roll-out and implementation)
- Coordinate and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders and developers
- Provide insights on user experience and ensure that is considered when strategizing Product initiatives
- Regularly collect feedback and analyze the user experience to identify product-related solutions to user problems
- Develop implementation plans to effectively launch new features and increase adoption of existing features
- Create and review product feature related content as part of information cascades and user education initiatives
- Update trackers and ensure timely implementation of various initiatives
Requirements:
- College graduate
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong project management and executional abilities
- Adaptable with ambiguous information
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Organized and has strong attention to detail
- Good and reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
