Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan official website and activities for the FB community, plan activities that is in line with the habits of local user here in the Philippines according to the holidays or social trends and enhance the active user and their engagement;
• Execution of the activities, connect with the technical team to sort out the requirements, the development and following up in online; 
• The statistical analysis of data within the activity, analyze the effect of the said data after the activity, and summarize the areas which needed an improvement;
• Process the feedback of the problem in online activities, and investigate and deal with the problems reported by the customer service;
• Perform other work tasks related to the assigned position.

Requirements:

• Have good communication and collaboration skills, have a sense of responsibility;
• It is best to have someone who understand the online gaming business and aware with the trending topic or activities;
• Work experience in online business is preferred, and newcomers are trainable and a strong learning ability is required;

Familiar with Microsoft office (word, excel, power point) etc.
