Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify best strategies for agent incentives, recruitment, training and monitor
• Lead a group of 5-10 to execute agent strategies to promote our online platform
• Track and analyze data of each agent and provide help to improve agent performance

Requirements

• Proven work experience of online gaming operations
• Strong in communication and people skills
• Knowledge in agent promotion
• Experiences in internet product is preferred
